We begin the process by listening to you – your thoughts, your ideas, your love story. After our initial phone conversation, we can meet in person to see any swatches or tear sheets you have and to determine all the specifics around your event. Once we decide on a direction and the items you need, we will send you a price quote. When all the project specifics have been agreed upon, we will provide a Service Contract detailing the total costs, deliverables, and timelines. To secure our studio time and begin the design process, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit with the signed contract. This deposit will be applied to your total order. Next, we'll proceed to design 2 concepts and after you choose your favorite, we'll move on to proofs, approvals, revisions, final approvals, printing and then the final assembly of your fabulous invitation package. Please note the entire process requires approximately 6–12 weeks (depending upon project complexity) prior to your invitation mailing date. So, give us a ring! We're ready to get started.
